We don't use the tincture or capsules in The Netherlands (hardly available
and just ''not done''). I advise moms to make tea of 1 tablespoon of fresh or
whole leaf dried herb (just the leaves) in 1/4 liter of boiling water, let it
sit for 5-10 minutes and drink it 2-3 times in severe overproduction untill
she notices decrease. Than decrease sage as wel (less often or less per cup).
For the taste I advise to mix the sage with normal rea (black tea, what we
call English bland) and/or mint tea. Sweetening may also ''dust'' the taste.
Because they only use it for short periods of time, most moms seem not to
care about the taste too much.

Warmly greeting,

Gonneke
