I enjoyed the thread on "HIV--what would you do?" and would like to start
another.

A mother of a two week old infant calls to ask about renting a pump. She
wants it because "I really want my husband to have a chance to feed the
baby" and night feedings are becoming tiring for her. During the ensuing
conversation she tells you that she wants to breastfeed only for a few
weeks, even though she notes breastmilk is "best" because her goal is to get
pregnant "right away" and she understands breastfeeding may interfere with
her plans.
