It all sounds fairly normal for a 15 day old.  With a weight gain of 11 oz in
15 days I wouldn't suspect a poor milk supply, but being over tired, after
major surgery, with an open wound can certainly make you doubt even the most
surest of things!  Ask your friend to get in touch with her local NCT
Breastfeeding Counsellor who can reassure her and visit if necessary free of
