I suggest discontinuing the CEREALS. They do typically cause constipation in
my experience. Ok to continue the fruits and veggies if age appropriate and
baby likes them. Meats are ok too if family are meat eaters. Also the
breastfeeding comes first of course, and not the solids. Also it is ok in my
opinion to offer a little water with the foods via sippy cup.
