I'm on a listserv for lactation consultants called lactnet we have over 800
participants on this list of lactation professionals.  This would be a great
place to get answers to your survey.  I can write a message to the list if
you want or you can join by sending a message ot    [log in to unmask]
 in subject anything, in the body write join lactnet.  It's a wonderful
resource for anyone who is working with breastfeeding mothers.  You can also
get information on joining on the net if you look for breastfeeding
information and go to Kathleen Aurerbacks home page.
