If this is not inept phrasing, I do not know what is!!

> "Duty to report truthfully and fully to the health care system"

The whole blasted system, mind you!!! Later, it also says that we
have a responsibility to exercise independent professional judgement.
How can we do this when we are living in fear of

"improperly withholds material information, thereby causing serious
> or potentially serious injury to a person, or causing a significant or
> potentially significant adverse effect on the delivery of health care
> services.""

I am wondering how we managed to have more burden placed upon us than
we have ever had the authority to justify? Really, I would at least
like the authority and true freedom to exercise "independent
professional judgement" that would justify the consequences I face.
Who would want to dare to exercise any kind of independent judgement
based upon this document? I am utterly appalled at the control and
lack of respect for privacy and dignity inherent in every document
that comes from the IBLCE. Every action on their part is meant to
assure the medical community that we have no freedom to provide any
care or information that might make them look inept. The thing is,
this is no more respectful of doctors or other HCPs than it is of us
or our clients. Pandering serves no one, not ever.

Disgusted, once again
