What age is this woman?

If you have ever read anything about menopause...your message has
described quite a few of the symptoms women have experienced related to
this major hormonal shift. This can start at any age...quite common in
middle 30s. These are very real feelings (totally unrelated to b/f) and
there are many, many things that can help.
I have done quite a bit of research on the subject of menopause.  I
don't think anti-dep. meds are the answer.

I suggest start exploring the avenue of midlife hormonal changes.
