I have patients who have had this experience as well.  They will often
say that the fluconazole helped a lot after a couple of days, and then
when they continued the medication, pain returned.  Some have
explained this by saying that fluconazole aggravates Raynaud's
phenomenon in some mothers.  Maybe.
