Reply to increasing milk supply........I believe that if the Mom originally
had a good milk supply, and laid a good foundation of prolactin receptors,
that she stands a better chance of increasing her supply with increased
stimulation and galactagogues. I have worked with Moms whose milk supply has
decreased after a weekend or so away from their baby, who have increased
their breast stim with pumping and fenugreek and blessed thistle. However, we
are no longer allowed to discuss herbals with our clients. It just so happens
my biggest success was with an OB doctor, who I now refer her clients to for
