Dear lacnetters,

I am looking for your experience and your knoledge. Last night, on our local
TV station, in a program call Emergency, a sort of ER we saw a baby 4-5 mo,
in an anaphylactic shock. The doctor asked the mother if the baby received
any solid, the mother said: only cereals, she is still breastfed. The doctor
askrd if the mother changes anything in her diet. She answered that she ate
peanut butter for breakfeast. It was the first time after the baby was born.

Is it possible? If so, how frequent is it? Have you ever heard of some thing
like this?

Thank you
