Here is my experience:

I would not expect a rapid increase in supply, as I would for a biological mother. It could take weeks.

I would be concerned due to prematurity, twins (more milk is needed for 2), and risk of jaundice.

I agree, she can bf ad lib but this triad will need daily monitoring in my opinion. I would expect a lactation aid

would be useful. Since mother does not wish to use formula, she may need to obtain some donor milk.
