Hi,

I have a new mom, just delivered yesterday. This woman was partially
paralyzed on the left side of her body at the age of 17. the paralyzation was
the result of a stroke after her carotid artery was split in half. She has three
other children. With every child, she has had her milk dwindle down to nothing
after 2 months postpartum. She breastfeeds 8-12 x per day, does not give
bottles or pacifiers, etc.

What could be the correlation between this traumatic event and milk supply
problems, if anything? Am I missing something?

Thanks!
