If I had to pick one, I would use Motherlove--I do not like some of the ingredients in Earth Mama. I also think that, in spite of the fact that their photography is absolutely gorgeous, it is ridiculous to have a baby on the jar who is latched onto the nipple. One would not need the cream if the baby were latched on properly. I called and told them this about a year ago--obviously, they didn't care. Personally, I love calendula ointment for short-term use (I say short-term b/c I do not like pretrolitum--but it is considered safe in the pharmaceutical world) and I love rescue remedy cream.
