How has the LC role in hospitals changed over the years? How does a hospital 
culture change from LCs assisting with all the breastfeeding to nurses adding 
that responsibility to the other work they do? Does it take too much time for 
nurses?  How do the roles overlap? Is it always a struggle to acheive a happy 
balance?
