Chrissy, it is another step in the purification process to take out the
impurities and that helps make it easier to spread (and color and odor). No
additional ingredients have been added and the amount of lanolin (the only
ingredient) has not decreased. Lansinoh is still 100% ultrapure USP modified
lanolin only. There were some more details about it in my earlier posting
that will help explain it more fully. Thanks for following up.
