Hi Kika,

Looking forward to what others say, I wonder if there are times that brushing the philtrum is best?

I find that babies latch well with the nipple brushing against their cheek, and when they have lots of difficulty, rather than laid back position, I often have the mother try this in a standing position.  Baby opens up, good extension, and lots of success.
