Interesting problem. Since the protein in milk is made in the breast from precursors in the blood (amino acids)it would make sense that this mother with higher than normal levels of protein in the blood could actually have more amino acid precursors in her blood so would have optimal protein synthesis and secretion into her milk. Protein synthesis is highly regulated so it is quite unlikely that she would have too much protein in her milk although she may have a higher than normal amino acid content.

I don't know anything about this disease but it sounds like a clearance defect so shouldn't result in a protein deficiency in any case. Her dietary restriction may be an issue but as long as she is taking in all the essential amino acids the baby should be well fed. I would be more interested in knowing if the overload of amino acids might be a problem.
