I agree with Cindy Curtis that the Klein article cited in her posting is generally good; however, he does advocate limiting breastfeeding to 10-15 min per breast to prevent nipple soreness.  He also does not address latch/suckle/positioning as potential issues in establishing breastfeeding, nor does he recommend a LC/expert evaluation of breastfeeding in cases of elevated bilirubin.
