I have a mom who complains of severe engorgement for several weeks with her
first two children.  A friend of hers told her to drink tons of pineapple
juice right after delivery--which she did.  She states that she had minimal
engorgement with the third.  She has just had her 4th baby and is doing the
same.  Has anyone ever heard of this?
