Hi everyone and Happy Mothers Day !!! I have a mom due in July with first
baby - she is insulin diabetic with a pump. I have tons of info on diabetes
and breastfeeding but none on breastfeeding with a pump - she wants to
desperately nurse. I told her I have seen info that nursing /lactating can help
with her diabetes (no surprise there) and I am assuming that she just needs to
be monitored frequently. I have seen that she could also have a delayed
lactogenesis also. Any one out there work with a mom like this?

thanks for any help
