1 am phone call...

The Social Worker at our hospital has unexpectedly delivered a baby with cleft
lip and palate.  My last contact with one was over 3 years ago in St. Louis.
Please send me references on latest care for these - especially posibility of
surgery for palate earlier than 1 year?  Cleft lip will be done, I understand,
at about 10 weeks.
