Hi, Magda: I don't know that the folks that I work with consider the UK
a "3rd world" country, but they certainly consider UNICEF, WHO or any
international organization as "something else out there" and not applicable
to us here in the United States. A fine example of the "ugly American" way
of thinking at work here! So please don't get huffy - not all of us here
in the States think that way.
I will play the game whatever way I have to to get my point across and if
it means scrapping international recommendations (which carry more weight
in my eyes) in favor of "American" recommendations, then so be it. We all
know we are on the same page, trying to convince others is what gets so
trying at times.
Good luck to all in your endeavors!
