For examples of NICU breastmilk policies and procedures, see the CPQCC
Toolkits (Appendices) at _www.cpqcc.org_ (http://www.cpqcc.org) , click  on quality
improvement, then toolkits, then improving nutrition in the VLBW  infant
Toolkit 1 and 2.  I think you will find them useful.  The  revised toolkit
combining both 1 and 2, and updating should be available in  about a month on the
site.
