I have had plugged ducts when my bra has been a little tight and they have
occurred where the bra is lacy on the top and along the inside seam of the
bra.
Her bra may be a little smaller than the fitter (if indeed it was fitted)
allowed for if she has such a super abundant supply.
I hope, as a lactation helper you take some credit for this great supply for
yourself!
She may have a baby like my first, easily distracted so that some days he
will not nurse as much as you'd like and you need to go somewhere dark and
quiet to nurse. Not fashionable I know, but what mine needed.
I cannot find any medical authority for a high level of saturated fat in the
diet being risky for plugged ducts, but grapeseed extract sounds like a good
unsaturated source of fat soluble nutrients. However,I'm not an authority on
this, just hoping to spark a response from someone out there who is.
