The best resources on breastfeeding in divorce situations are found on the La Leche League website: http://www.llli.org/law/lawmain.html There is also a great list of resources here: http://kellymom.com/bf/concerns/legal/bf-law/
Good luck to this mom!

Hello.
Please anyone out ther who may know, can you share any resources you may know about concerning breastfeeding mother's rights and divorce. The person who rested help is currently pregnant and breastfeding her 2y/o and the ex-husband is requesting week-long stays with his now 2y/0. I may remember a discussion like this a few years back, but I am hoping the law has changed or improved from what I understood back then.

Thanks so much,
LjBerkeley on the border
