An LLL Leader has contacted me (I'm her AAPL) about a mom in her group who is
expecting quadruplets this winter. This is the mother's "second" family,
conceived with fertility drugs at age 49. Mom has previous successful
breastfeeding experience.

I'm not sure about whether it is feasible to attempt 100% breastfeeding-- has
this been done? I also would suspect that prematurity will play a big part in
this show, etc. etc. I covered all the expectations stuff and have
encouraged that the mom contact the LC at the hospital she'll be delivering
at in advance. What else is there to say? I have a mom who just delivered
tripletts in my community, rented her a pump, but the babies are hospitalized
elsewhere and by the time they come home, mom may not need me as her hospital
has an excellent LC. So I have "done" multiples larger than 2 yet..........
