Survey Says:

>Small amounts secreted into breastmilk, but the amounts are considered too
>small to be hazardous. Approximately 15 mg secreted per liter milk.
>Milk/plasma ratio of 0.91 to 1.42 at 1 and 12 hours respectively. In large
>overdoses, acetaminophen produces dangerous liver toxicity, so keep in safe
>area away from children. AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics) compatible with
>breastfeeding.

This information is from "Medications and Mother's Milk" by Thomas Hale, Ph.D.
