My heart goes out to Frank Nice who has been there. Haiti is not one of the places I have visited, but I have enough colleagues who have been there to have a sense of what it must have been like before and how this earthquake has worsened the situation.

I now have a file from the CORE group of nongovernmental organizations that lists the organizations that are working in Haiti. (Frank -- feel free to email me if you don't know about this umbrella group and would like to know more.) The list includes what each organization is providing to Haiti. Anyone who would like a copy of the list can feel free to email me privately.

Best, Susan E. Burger, MHS, PhD, IBCLC
NYLCA President
