Of the antidepressants listed,  the only product I seriously warn mothers
about is Prozac, which has a number of reported side effects in some
infants.  Why use this product, when we have safer ones like Zoloft, Paxil,
and even Luvox.  Of these we have a little data on Zoloft suggesting its
transfer to the infant is poor to negligible.  Suggest to the pediatrician
that this is the safest of the group.
