Natalia,

There would be no benefit in a feeding interval of 2h or greater.  The
more frequent the feeds, the higher they are in fat, lower in lactose.

I'm in agreement with all of the recommendations to use one breast for
all nursing for 4h (or 2, or 6 or whatever seems to fix the issue...for
me it was 6), then switch to the other side for the next chunk of time.
Also second the recommendation for removing the child from the breast
during that initial letdown (and subsequent letdowns if necessary).
