A collegue of mine called about an interesting problem.  Mom is nsg. an 18 mo. female; periods returned at 9 mon. postpartum.  Mom states that during her menses the baby becomes cranky, emotional, needy, and (this is  what threw me) vomits.  I can understand the emotional changes (one of my girls did it, too) but what's up with the vomiting?  Mom states that symptoms disappear after the first day or two of her period but has been consistant for the past few cycles.  Mom's supply is good and everything else is OK.
