Hi,
I am new to the list and would like some assistance in the theories behind
using nipple shells for flat nipples before delivery.
Is there any research on this?  Does wearing nipple shells at 37 weeks cause
labor?  Are they effective?  Good practice to start??  If not at 37 weeks
later??  Like 39 weeks?

Is there any other therapy effective for flat nipples before delivery?
