I see a lot of vasospasm with yeast problems. However, I am surprised that
"cold" compresses help the nipples to feel better. Usually warmth works best.

If it is yeast related the vasospasm problem ususlly doesn't resolve until
sometime after the yeast problem is resolved.

I am finding that yeast problems are much worse this winter than usual. I
have had many prolonged cases which are definitely yeast. Have any of the
rest of you found that to be the case this year?
