Now, there are "relative contraindications," "definite contraindications,"
"absolute contraindications," "possible contraindications" and lots of other
ways of confusing people.  I have always thought that an absolute
contraindication was a worthwhile term but the rest are too hazy to help much.

BTW, I have always regarded HIV positivity as a "relative contraindication"
at worst.  Nursing while HIV+ may help the baby for all we know.  The data
are contradictory and sensationalized by the lay press.  Come to think of it,
the medical literature also sensationalizes this issue.
