 Hello all!
A young primip called to ask how to wean her thriving 3 month old. She has
had vaginal spotting which her OB thinks is related to breastfeeding. I
haven't heard of this. Can anyone enlighten me?
Is this the old "blame breastfeeding for the otherwise unexplained"
scenario or is  there a known relationship? If so, what is the mechanism
and what are this mother's alternatves? Continued spotting is not
acceptable. It means total abstinence.  I am not on Lactnet right now so
