Okay,
At the hospital where I work all MBU/NICU/ and LD staff have to  have NRP
and CPR.  The LC's, MBU (RN , LPN, and NAC's do not need to do the
medication and intubation section. BUT this is a great way to practice your
skills. So if that very rare event happens you will not falter. One LC in
our group has had to start infant recus. while entering a room. I was first
to enter a room once  to respond to a call light and the lady had a
prolasped cord. (YIKES)
In a tertiary center where I work  you never know what your are going to run
in too. NRP is something that everyone working near newborns needs to do. As
far as OT/PT's ect. unless they are LC's working with NEW babies, typically
are working with older babies that are well recovered from birth  so I could
see them not nec. needing NRP.
