I may be a little premature at posting this but I have a mom asking about
herbs made by Equinox that are used for weight loss.  She was successful
with them before but did not know the names of them-she will bring them to
group this week.  She says she will wean if they are not safe for
breastfeeding.  Her beautiful daughter is 6 months old.  I discussed with
her programs made for lactating women, benefit to her to breastfeed and lose
slowly, etc, etc.  I don't think she really wants to wean but even though
she denied pressure from her husband or family, I think something is
pressuring her.  The fact that she asked me to post this tells me she is
searching for ways to do both. Any ideas what these herbs are and their
safety?
