Another useful resource for parents hearing Babywise advice and trying to
decide how to help their infants to sleep is http://www.ezzo.info/.
By the way, I noticed that the Ezzo folks have wised up to this website and
if someone types in ezzoinfo.com, they get a VERY different viewpoint!

And what is it now with parents' concern about how much sleep the baby gets?
 I understand their concern about parental sleep, since it's a change for
them after the baby arrives. But recently I hear a lot of objections to an
infant feeding frequently based on worries that the baby isn't getting
enough sleep. Just had a 3wk old who had only gained 15gm in a week, and the
father kept insisting it was because the baby kept crying and  wasn't
getting enough sleep!
