Very useful, Nikki - thanks. My one concern would be the possibility that, if nursing during pregnancy increased the risk of early miscarriage, that might be missed due to women not being registered with the study until they were already a few months into their pregnancy and past the highest-risk stage. They do say there was no increase in the risk of 'threatened abortion' or 'missed abortion', which suggests that they probably were following the women from pretty early on, but it would be good to have that point clarified as that's a big potential flaw in any attempts to study this topic. However, extremely useful to know that there was no sign of the rate of premature labour being increased.
