Looks like I'm a bit slow to the table of responses, but i concur with getting 
the progesterone checked asap.  

1.  Progesterone helps keep the early pregnancy going after the corpus luteum 
stops producing this.

2.  Remember that the drop in progesterone is what ushers in Lacto II so if 
the progesterone is low anyway, the body won't get the big DROP in 
hormones.  I'm betting its low progesterone.

3.  When I was pregnant with secondary infertility and had IVF done, they 
used progesterone suppositories not because I necessarily needed it, I didn't 
but because IVF is so time intensive and expensive they don't want to loose 
a  perfectly good pregnancy that can be "saved" easily by normal levels of 
progesterone.

4.  My IVF was not due to hormonal issues, it was completely structural.
