When I read the post I decided to write to the ACS e-mail address in the
mailing, since it was there. I asked if ACS was involved in fund raising for
this child. I thought that if they were, in fact, sponsoring something like
that they wouldn't mind my asking.  My post was returned "undeliverable" so
I knew that it wasn't legitimate.

Rita, thank you for giving us ACS's URL.  That is a generous response on
their home page.
