Mothers and babies share germs so there is no reason the twin needs to stay at home, unless
you are contemplating making the mother stay at home and not see the baby still in hospital.
This is absurd, of course, but that is the logical thinking.  By being in contact with the "germy"
baby, the mother produces antibodies in her milk to the very germs everyone is worried
about.  Or don't we believe about the enteromammary circulation?
