I was given a different web address to register for the Odent/Gaskin-Future
of Birth conference.  For reasons we can't explain, 2 computers in my house
can log on and two can't.  Other folks are having similar problems.   So if
the web link doesn't work for you, please use the other registration options
that I have added below.
