I had a call today from nurse at local maternity unit requesting assistance
with breastfeeding mother three days postpartum with psoriasis of nipple and
areola. Mother is ready to give up breastfeeding due to severe pain. Any
suggestions?
This is fairly urgent as nurse felt mother will discontinue tomorrow if no
