Is there a clue in the fact that baby is equally upset when fed with a
bottle?  Perhaps this baby is having difficulty with
swallowing/breathing, and gets panicky with any feeding method.  Maybe
the mother's strong letdown compounds the problem, but isn't the root
cause. The archives offer several posts about swallow studies and
working with physical therapist to diagnose and treat such problems.
