Home care nurses have info in transit ALL the time.  So that isn't an issue.
If you are leaving the information where others can have access to it, that
may be a problem.  But if you are taking it from your home to the hospital --
I don't see that it is any different from a home care nurse going home after
her last home visit, and then taking the information back to the home care
office the next day.  And I have information about patients in my home care
office....
