In the interest of time and ease of use, I generally prefer the reverse
syringe (generally 20cc)to express colostrum.
The Mom can exert the amount of suction that she is comfortable with, adjust
the *speed* easily and any amount expressed looks *larger!* in a syringe vs.
lost in the pump setup.
