The most  recent issue of JHL has an article about WIC. The very first   
sentence in the abstract is 


PLease, please note that the article in the recent JHL is about attitudes  in 
WIC about breastfeeding was based on research done in 1994!!! Social  
attitudes change in 13 years. Some of the information in this article has  already 
been shown by research to have been changed. Note the end of the article  it 
states "the primary weakness of the study is that it was conducted a decade  
ago." We need to approach this information with caution and question as to it's  
validity today as many social attitudes have changed in over a decade.
