of course, this letter makes me almost inarticulate with rage. then i get
REALLY mad. but, i just wish to mention that here in Denver, i can call the
reference desk of the central (main) library and they can determine who or
where the parent company is of a business such as lawton's. a letter to the
local branch is good, but letters to the main office, especially to the
president or CEO, are even more effective.

don't get mad, get even, works pretty well sometimes.
