standard workup for low milk supply?

Is there a concise resource somewhere recommending what tests might be done,
and why, and what the normal results might be, for a mother with
either low milk supply or no milk supply? Especially a mother with a history
of this in several lactations.
This week had a mother on her 3rd lactation, history of 13 early
miscarriages, low supply, and not able to express any colostrum on 3rd day.
I do know the basics of what to check for, but was wondering if there is a
chapter on this or an LC series?
